I'll be honest I've been obsessed with training arms for my whole life but always felt pressure to train them as an after thought because we should "focus on big compound moves". Well F that.. you want big arms you need to train for them and this is a damn good place to start.
Simply insert these arm days into your current split. I would advise Upper, Arms 1, Lower, Arms 2
Unlike most arm training protocols these sessions focus on mastering technique and isolation and coupling that with progressive overload. Sounds obvious I know but how many people actually track their arm training and just go for a "pump"? It's time to start training smart.
I would run this for 8-10 weeks depending on how you feel before deloading for 1 week and returning to your usual trianing style.
I would implement this block of programming 3 times per year for maximal results
