As outlined in the short description this is the Leg program I have settled on after 5 months of trial and error in producing the most effective hypertrophy focussed leg program.
Using these exact sessions has not only added 4" to my quads but has also DOUBLED and in some cases TRIPLED my working weights after a single training cycle of 8 weeks.
This program will have you training Legs 2x per week with session A being entirely different from session B. I recommend impletementing this program for 3 x 8-10 week blocks per year broken up with periods of more traditional higher volume approaches.
