Phase 1 Calisthenics X Aesthetics
To my knowledge the first program to truly combine beginner/intermediate calisthenics with bodybuilding.

Welcome to phase 1 of the Gains Blueprint.
This is the most simplified block of training in the Blueprint. Nothing Fancy here to look at or talk about, just a vital first piece of the puzzle
This phase is all about accumulating volume and fortifying structural integrity of joints to progress to the next phase. We earn the right to progress to high load machine work during this phase. We also start with very high arm volume as this decreases throughout the Blueprint.
The pumps in this program are insane but that doesn't take away from the the underlying principle to progressivly overload and increase reps/weight week on week.
Run this program for 8 weeks before deloading and begining Phase 2

Welcome to Phase 2 of the Blueprint.
In contrast to Phase 1 this is where things get a little more complex and a LOT more intense.. Without Phase 1 you won't do this phase justice.
During this phase we begin training to true failure and attacking movements and scores with an intensity very few muster. This is by far my favourite phase.
Theres lot to say about this phase so buckle up and get a cup of tea.
Welcome to Phase 3 of the Blueprint.
Phase 3 is hidous. The absolute peak of intensity & as a result crazy low volume. Almost all working sets upwards of 90% 1rm. This will chew you up and spit you out 6 weeks later a new human.
You'll come out of this phase stronger than you ever have been. If you were to roll back onto Phase 1 again (what I would advise) you'll be working in those rep ranges with probably 50-100% more weight. Doesn't take a genius to deduce what that means. Just rinse and repeat, in 2 years time you'll be unrecognisable.
